The form sends the details you enter to the quartet’s production inbox so the enquiry can be answered. The site does not add those details to a marketing list. Operational retention and deletion should follow the final policy set by the data controller.

Public pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The protected media kit uses a strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie after a valid sign-in; it exists only to keep access protected.

No YouTube or Spotify iframe is present when a page opens. A connection to the selected provider is created only after you press play or choose to listen. Closing the audio dialog removes its iframe.

The form uses a honeypot and rate limiting. If the optional Cloudflare Turnstile keys are configured, the Contact page also loads its anti-abuse challenge. The endpoint records a reference, outcome and latency without logging the message body. The hosting platform may process short-lived technical logs required to operate and protect the service.
